Never got an reply from coin exchange but the problem solved itself. So i got my coins, it`s all good.

Hello, i got the same problem, i have submitted  a ticket but have not received an answer, it`s been four days now.

Anyone here had the same experiences and had their problem solved? Like 75% of my crypto holdings is in this TXID 4 withdrawal and I have never received the coins on my other adress. Support hasn't replied to me support ticket in the past 6 days. What can I do?  Undecided
Yeah mine solved like days ago. I hope urs also got solved by this time.

yeah it is. I saw u lost ur coins only yesterday. So it will take 2 or 3 days for them to read and resolve ur ticket or maybe less if u r lucky.

Hey guys I got my problem resolved. Don't know what was the issue but they have reprocessed the transaction and this time I got them in my wallet. Hope u guys also got urs in ur wallet. If dont, do not worry just wait for them to reach ur ticket and they will surely solve as soon as they see it. Gotta say their service is really good.

Weird situation. Is the situation solved to anyone of you guys? My LTC s still nowhere to be found, the support hasn't replied in the past 4 days and I have no choice but to wait on their help.

Does anyone have experience with these kind of issues and has the problem been solved by their support before?  Huh

Well, I have been using CoinExchange for months and I did a few hundred LTC transactions before. 99% of the time everything went well and I got my LTC received within 30 minutes. This time is different. Anyways the evidence is there, the txid is still saying "4" so I'm curious what they will answer. The transaction is worth alot so I'm hoping for the best  Shocked

Exchanges do not send out funds immediately you request for them. 4" is not a valid transaction ID and the blockchain doesn't lie so they haven't sent it out yet.

There's no pending deposits on the receiving address so it's not waiting for confirmations either meaning the transaction has not been sent at all.

They haven't responded to my message yet. Exactly the same for me, like 12 hours ago. I'm pretty sure they should solve the issue, hopefully they won't come up with them not being responsible for system errors. The transaction has never been made in the first place and I believe the txid should be some sort of error code.

Anyone else an idea of what this issue could be and what we can do about it?

I am having the same problem. It just happened 14 hrs ago and I'm also very much worried about this. All my litecoins haven't received on my address yet. And tax id is just '4'. I have reported this to support and they haven't reposnse do to it yet. Did u got ur problem fixed by the support?

Hello everyone,

I'm a bit worried because I have sent a large amount of LTC from CoinExchange to Bittrex. Normally I see something like the following:

Transaction 1:
LLhfSh2DUH8FhVG7KNytcNgD7m5CB7dQje  (Deposit Adress)
681dde5c3028871e9bb3193125e191fc4433c8075dc69e0bb4c4bee7d4ab6b7c   (Txid)
Confirmed


This time I get the following:

Transaction 2:
LLhfSh2DUH8FhVG7KNytcNgD7m5CB7dQje   (Deposit Adress)
4    (Txid)
Confirmed


Both transactions were confirmed. I have received the first transaction which was sent after transaction 2. I can't find any other people talking about this issue and the CoinExchange support is not responding to my ticket.

Anyone has an idea of this issue, who's responsibility it is and what I can do now?
