I was a little surprised to see that there, I didn't know cryptostocks had a rep for allowing scammers to sell stocks, are they known for this?

Absolutely. Here's another gem:

I own two Assets on Cryptostocks and he has no information from me except for an email address and IP I use to login.

Insist on business plans, insist on verifiable claims, insist on GPG contracts, etcetera. Otherwise you may as well just gamble with your coins, 'cause this isn't investing.

I emailed them asking how they are generating advertising revenue without any ads showing on litecoinbank.org  Grin
I'll see if I get anything back

They're not open yet, but what do people think? Is there a chance in hell this is not a HYIP scheme?
I found about them from cryptostocks, where they are selling stock. I was a little surprised to see that there, I didn't know cryptostocks had a rep for allowing scammers to sell stocks, are they known for this?

There are many ways to lose your hard earned Litecoin's but there still is nowhere to store them securely online. We offer this security.

1% Average Monthly Interest

Your Litecoin's will gain a 1% monthly interest return and this will be based on your deposited average account balance every 30 days.

Increase Litecoin's Growth

Having a secure online method of storing Litecoin's while receiving interest is a great way to attract more businesses to use this Crypto-Currency.

We have listed ourselves here as we would like to raise the funds to upgrade our servers and help to fund a massive marketing campaign.

We also like the idea of giving the community a chance to own some shares in the first Litecoin bank.

Dividends initially will be paid through advertising revenue and after that from our monthly banking profits.

Banking profits will be made the same as any other regular bank, through low risk wide spread investments.

We are taking payment for our shares with Bitcoin as at the moment it is easier to transfer but our websites aim will be aiming to change that.

"Banking profits will be made the same as any other regular bank, through low risk wide spread investments."
Seriously? Where can you make 1% monthly interest on a low risk investment?

It smells like a scam, but could it be for real? I don't know what to think.
