I think this subject should be explored more, but I may be wrong. Those accounts are more or less controlled by the owner to bump their threads.

How do you think, can an ICO's audit solve a scam problem? It seems to me that if there is an audit report, you can see what the project's funds are spending on.

I think this ICO is a scam. Here's my thoughts on it.
Feel free to discuss and prove me wrong.

1) All the media coverage they boast, it's submitted paid press releases to the newspaper, and even the media says so as well:

Reuters - "This content is produced independently of Reuters Editorial News. For content inquiry, please contact [email protected]"
NBCRightNow - "Information contained on this page is provided by an independent third-party content provider. Frankly and this Station make no warranties or representations in connection therewith. If you are affiliated with this page and would like it removed please contact [email protected]"
Fox34 - "Information contained on this page is provided by an independent third-party content provider. Frankly and this Station make no warranties or representations in connection therewith. If you are affiliated with this page and would like it removed please contact [email protected]"

Check them out yourself. IT's the same text being copy pasted on them all. My point? It wasn't covered by a real reporter!

2) UPPA. What the fuck is UPPA?
It claims to be some popular health organization, yet there's not mention of it ANYWHERE on google. And conveniently enough, WHOIS info about the domain is, yes, you've guessed it, hidden an private.
Why the fuck would a health organization, that claims to be so big, be hiding? They would have the domain registered under a legal business name.
My guess, the OP of Litra also created UPPA, and is trying to sell it off as a legit business.

3) Anyone who has been following this thread, and i have, may have noticed few things:
- talk about exchanges, it has been published and deleted/edited 2 or 3 times already, and i'm pretty sure that not even January 5th will happen. They're just hyping and trying to squeeze a few extra $$$ from unlucky investors who fall for this shit
- their whole thread, well, lets say 90% of it has been "ass kissing each other" by 4 members, namely
Ehrhc ,
ScammerExposer
musicdj1,
JPnotmorgan

4) Team members, except for MuAm, or MuAmos, i haven't found any glimpse anywhere of anyone other. Not even their social media or business profiles, nothing. IT's like they don't even exist  Shocked

5) Coin itself - where's the wallet? Where's any proof of a blockchain?

6) Their video on youtube
- first off, disabling of comments. Gee, i wonder why? (read the next one)
- anyone who's not blind can see it's poorly stitched together, and there's been few voice over parts that are noticeable to a deaf man

And last but not least:
7) They claim they raised 20+ million USD. Any proof? Show us?
