One of the longest running exchanges and I think the first to do an AMA. This community values reputation and transparency and Coins-e wants to demonstrate that. I know we have had our share of issues in the past but instead of closing shop and running with peoples coins we have stuck around and we are still going through the painful process of making of good with people who our service has failed in the past.
