No it isn't possible. All code is ran client side, there's no server that keeps track of transactions or blocks.
Maybe once this get's popular enough I'll hire a server that's capable of such things.

I actually would like something like this.
I would use it to track certain people because I want to do lending here and give out loans. Would be good to track the people i lend to and set their address and a nickname etc.

Updates are done very frequently (almost daily).
Country would be great to see for the unconfirmeds.
It's impossible to see the country of any of the inputs from a transaction.
You can only get the country of the node which relayed the transaction. And in most cases that is not the origin of the transaction. So I'd say it's kinda pointless.

You can subsribe to all unconfirmed transactions or just certain addresses. Or both.
When subscribing to addresses, you'll get a notification when it sends out BTC.
