You can't fix it.
Will it fix automatically after a few days or is it like I can now never load MPs into my account. Is this because of moneypak or because of paypal? There has to be a way to fix this I assume.

Just got this msg today when I try to load a moneypak (purchased by someone else from another state) to my paypal:
Due to prior negative activity with PayPal or Green Dot you will no longer be able to fund this PayPal account using a MoneyPak. We will send you a refund for this MoneyPak. The following information is required to send your refund.
What's wrong and how do I fix this? is this a moneypak issue or paypal?
