He have yet to even sign a message, but even then this is high risk due to past payment history. If you have any altcoin such as eth that worth 120% of what youre asking, someone would likely take the risk. Your account doesnt worth what youre asking either.

Why not just sign the message in your OP if you're already stating you're ok to sign one anyway. It couldn't hurt. I'd also suggest putting up your account for collateral because this seems very high risk.
