Reference for the lender. He didn't ask for collateral, even the signed message to confirm the ownership of the account. It is not a good practice to just issue a loan. Any way good luck with you.

You do realised that the address has been associated with the account many many times? There is no reason for anyone else to request a loan using the address that OP controls.

His account is worth much more than 0.02BTC and Bitmixer is CPNP so I doubt anyone would be willing to get negged and get removed from that campaign.
