Sure you do, just like every other bottomfeeding beggar out here. You got only this site to beg from or do you do so in every social circle, like when you are in between friends at a local pub, you ask for money like this?
In many of these begging cases, the OP is desperate for money, possibly facing eviction or starvation. We have it so good here in North America. Our scraps could feed him and thousands of others.
Yes, he is trying to scam,
but that's OK, since we have built a system over the past few years that identifies and stops them before they scam. A drowning person will pull you down and kill themselves rather than let you help them. Desperation overrides common sense (and morality).
(It's possible this person has never been inside an expensive pub...)
