It has value because of the fact that if the user posts daily let's say 10-20 post it will go to be a full member in 1 week or so and I think Full Member accounts are worth 0.01-0.025 btc depending on different factors like post quality, trust, ban, loan etc. That's why the user says he wants 0.006 btc as a lending. I have placed all of my hot wallet coins in a single bet tonight and have 0 or otherwise I would have funded this loan with the OP account as collateral.

Its isn't easy to make 20 high quality posts daily. Also the demand for full member accounts isn't high anymore.

You cannot get a loan amount that is equivalent to your account price. Collateral's should be ~125-150% of the loan amount to provide an incentive to repay the loan.

Thats absolutely correct.
Any collateral have to be at least 15% higher than the loan amount requested.
Of course, in some cases, its up to lender to accept or not a collateral that doesnt have this difference with loan amount.
Or doesnt get any collateral... Grin

well, i don't mind potential accounts, in this case, i am just thinking about the status of his accout currently, if i will give value to his account's potential activity it could result for a default loan if he can maximize the amount he can get

Daddymonsi is correct. Usually a loan 0.06 btc and above need a valid collateral other than bitcointal account because accounts today can not easily be sold. You can use altcoin or even other digital accounts.

Your account is not enough for this loan even if your account have potential to be Full member (182 activity). Collateral's should be worth more than what you are asking so in case of default lender can still recover the capital by selling your account.
