Are you saying you will send the collateral after you default the loan? So how would you guarantee you will indeed do that? Are you aware that's not how collateral works?
You need to first send the collateral to the lender (or escrow). After it arrives and is verified you can receive the loan. Once it's fully repaid you'd receive the collateral back. It's quite a hassle to use physical goods as collateral. It's definitely not worth it for such a small amount.
If you're not willing to send the collateral before you get the loan then either try another collateral (preferably digital) or lock this thread and move it to Archival.
