You can use a lot of things as collateral. eg. Steam accounts, Altcoins , Some sort of other digital products.
But the person lending should accept that as a valid collateral.

Hello there,

I need 300 USD worth of btc to order products online that i can sell with profit. I have invested my own money in to this and want to order new products. The shipping will take around 30 days for most of the products,, and the already orderd products are on there way.

The products are consumer electronics and clothing where the profit rate is between 100 - 200%.

What i am offering:

You loan me 300 usd worth of BTC.

I Will pay 180 USD on 23th of march and 23th of april. (thats the date i get my payment from work).

So you will make a profit of 60 USD.
