Bitcointalk's lending section is truly non-friendly to newbies and rightfully so. You at least have to put down some effort before you request a no collateral loan here, could you imagine what this place would have been without that rule? With that said, maybe give BTCjam a shot, if you can convince people there that you're trustworthy, they're more likely to fulfill your loan request. Trust based loans are given in very specific cases in this board.
