when i take a look on the pool options, i get the feeling this is not legit. but i could be wrong
I guess this is a kind of loan that banks or financial companies offer where you need to fill up forms and need to disclose personal information and show capacity to pay

Also if you just provide a email id to contact you for the service then you have a slim chances of people contacting you or only stammers may send you emails. You need to open a thread with full details, look around how threads has been created for offering loans. First try to gain some trust on this forum.
