I think you meant to say something like:

The funny thing is that if you glance over it, it appears to have perfect grammar and punctuation but if you read it closely the sentences have no flow at all whatsoever, in fact is barely even makes sense. Never thought I would ever say this but if you skim the post it makes more sense than if you actually read it.
