Hello,
Why you are having -1 negative trust on the forum? Is there a real reason for that?
BR

Sir, you have a PM.  I believe (and I think some other members would agree) that some of your posts offer minimal value/contribution to this forum.  This post, quoted above, is the reason why there are Private Messages.  Please put actual thoughts into your posts, not just mindless garbage.

Although you're a spammer, I believe you are smart enough to see for yourself.  Just click the trust button and see why he is in the red.  But you already know that, you just decided to make some spare change Wink

YOU already have a negative trust (that user made it positive, sigh) and I think you'll be receiving more if you continue this habit. Tongue

monbux, i got arrested lol.

A friend of mine was down the street, i saw him, went to go say hi and shake his hand. Literally RIGHT after i let go of his hand a cop walks up and says 'Hey, you guys are drinking in public. I need all of your ID's.' I say OK, go down to grab my ID. I guess I took too long cause when I walked out of my door he was standing there waiting for me. He then proceeds to yell and scream at me, etc etc. Then tells me I'm being 'detained but not under arrest'. So I sit in his car, unhandcuffed for roughly 10 min. Eventually he shows up, cuffs me, takes me to the station, bla bla.

At the station I request a breathalizer test, they say 'You're not under arrest for DUI or anything so why would you want one?' I say 'Well, It's because I havent had a single drink today, did not have a beer in my hand or near my person when arrested.. And on top of that guys.. I don't even drink. Haven't had a beer in over 8 years.' They contnue to deny me. So I say 'It's OK, It's all on camera anyway'. They say 'What?', I say 'The apartment complex has a camera right where near you falsely arrested me. It will also show I had just got there as you pulled up. It will probably look bad for you in court.'

Well, they didn't like that and I got locked up. So thats why i was AFK a lil while.

And as to why I switched the miners, RIC wasn't paying out enough and I was getting nervous that haploid wouldnt get paid quick enough so I switched to something more profitable.

In the end, he ended up getting paid back in full, plus the 30%, plus some extra money I threw in cause, man, I was SO thankful for this loan. He literally saved my ass and I am forever grateful =)

tl;dl = I got arrested, was afk a few days, before that happened I switched my miners to something more profitable so I could pay lender back quicker and some extra.

Sorry guys, it still wasn't too good to be true.

I have made teh following payments to hap:
8529c2ad739f7a477ad251dff9395fcc778c9663161c717269a1cc058afd9abf
44d669a298781de7dabc0520612c57431076b43fea64136e9f587b079260d85e

Plus the 1.07 BTC from mining... Puts our total at: 2.96 BTC

Leaving a whopping 0.14 BTC remaining.

Soo.. Not only am I almost completely paid off.... the lender made extra money due to my delay and btc->usd rising =P

I really don't get this part.  Why did you switch the miners in the first place, AND cut off communications?  Huh Huh Huh
Real life problems? xD  I believe you should have informed your lender that. :-/

Some stuff happened IRL that was unavoidable. However, excuses, excuses. Nothing a lil extra dough rey me can't smooth over, ey? I know haploid thinks it'll smooth over just fine.

Interesting. I missed the thread until seeing it from bump today. Would've made loan without interest mandate.

You've received no mining income at all?

Well it appears haploid23 loaned RapeGhost 2.3 BTC, so he might have made a bit back from the mining income, as for he says he lost 2 BTC, not 2.3 BTC.

On a side note, that was why I was questioning the OP for such a long time... The offer seemed a bit too good to be true.

So... what I was afraid would happen, did actually happen. He basically ran, and it's been a few days since any real communication. If he doesn't respond by tomorrow morning, I'm going to post everything, including screenshots.

I lost out on 2btc  Angry

Just to publicly disclose this, I've loaned him 1.2btc today, and will send another 1.1btc tomorrow. Repayment will be his mining proceeds until I get back 3btc. The moment anything goes sour, I'll be sure to post here. But also giving credit where credit is due, if he fulfills his words then I'll publicly mention it as well.

Could you at least collaborate on what you need the 2.3 btc for?

Bills. But he's allowing you to pay via moneygram so you can chargeback.

Like I said, I think the guys legit and I would have helped him out but money gram was giving me a hard time so I gave up.

Anyway for anyone wondering:

1. You get control of my pool account (we switch your email) because of this trust is required on the forum. NOT from any other third party site (like localbitcoins, etc)
2. You get daily (hourly, really) payouts
3. I want you to pay for the MG/WU with credit card so you're protected

Though im pretty sure its time to throw in the towel on this deal, I just don't know anyone I trust enough to go through with this

I told you I would try again tomorrow since you allowed the money gram thing, but I don't use WU and MG is giving me hassle and its 4.00am.

Problem with a pool account is that you can just get a new account and change your miners to that account. (or even new pool or new coin.) So technically it's not collateral. Correct me if I am wrong. You don't seem like a scammer though, but 2.3 BTC is pretty much for an internet loan.

Yea unfortunately it'd cost me $1000 to fly out and change the miners (which I clearly dont have, hence the loan)

So im looking for someone trust worthy. Im asking for trust but I also need a lot of trust on the other side too

Rapeghost, I'm assuming your bills accept credit cards. I'm happy to pay your bills for you. If you stop repaying I will chargeback. Sounds good?

Rapeghost, I'm here for you now...

Let's say that FastLoan starts paying your bills, and you start sending him coins.  What is to stop him from doing a chargeback anyway?  Nothing.

He is a newbie account with only 33 posts.  That's not a large commitment when he could potentially steal thousands of dollars from you.  It would be easy to start all over with another account.

Lender beware...

Vod,

What I decided to offer is control of the pool account, so I cant change it. While this isn't completely fool proof, I think it should be sufficient along with the daily payouts.

And thanks for helpin out the noobs, While you may have killed my chances for getting the loan, I still appreciate the effort in protecting people. I just wish you had protected ME when i got scammed =PPP

Rapeghost, I believe if you can change the address once, you can change it more than once.  It's not collateral.   Undecided

I'm sorry I wasn't there when you needed me.  I spend a lot of time on these forums, and to be honest as always, the fight in me is slowly dying.  I do what I do for personal financial reasons - to keep the bitcoin price high and protect my stash.  But each day I understand more how little my actions help - most of the price changes come from people who haven't even read this forum, and even more than that from people who can't understand the language I write in!  The only thing that keeps me going is my distaste of scammers.

Ryan, I'm not interested in being the middle man in a "relatively" complicated deal and for mere bitcents.  Sorry.

Yeah, I realised what you just said before we went through with it.  Sorry 'rapeghost' no can do.

Ryan,

I'd be more than happy to use escrow. However, you do understand how this loan works right? I'd change my miner payout address to yours (well, the escrow) and you'd recieve my miner output daily.

I just want to make sure you understand exactly whats going on before you get involved.

Ryan, please read the first two posts here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/edu-the-rule-of-no-collateral-no-loan-ignore-at-your-own-risk-577765

What rapeghost is proposing is not collateral.  At any time he can change the payout address back.  Your collateral is not "in-hand".

I was going to ask you to third party it. As in accept the collateral he has to offer, I send you the BTC. Once both received you would then send to me, and send to him.

I'd cash his collateral straight away back in to BTC. (It would need to be worth 115% of whatever I loan) then when I receive payment in full, I could provide him with his collateral or in form of the current market value of RIC (whether it lowered or the exact amount in $ value if it raised)

Risky for him more so than me as long as there is a third party as I know as soon as I send my 2.3BTC, I will be getting 115% in return or else I don't loan.

From my understanding that would work as long as you middle manned?

I'm interested? What collateral have you got, we can use a trusted third party escrow if you don't trust me personally.

Can provide the whole amount you are asking for - maybe more if you have more collateral worth 115% of my loan to you.
