I can guarantee you that there are going to be no deal at all. If anything is going here it is going to be scam attempt. But no lender is going to give $550 unfortunately to receive bank transfer, using external escrow and all this shits.

I see this more as currency exchange and not lending. You want to borrow $550 worth of coin and give the person in fiat. That is just like currency exchange in form of lending. Why no just buy the coin with the fiat like aliveNFT said already?
