Also lastly, willing to stake my account and put it as collateral as well, this account is low-key everything to me, it's my first intro to crypto. Despite my first post starting me off with negative feedback and others saying I should just restart; never did. Mainly because I love the username too much.

Not valid collateral - those types of accounts can't be transferred irrevocably.
With no phone number attached to the account the email controls the account.Steam is still invalid collateral because you could easily contact the email provider stating your email was hacked and get the email back, thus getting the steam account back. Pretty much everything you listed is invalid collateral.
No! This is a stupidity. Steem has stopped recovering account for months already so stop saying useless things.
