Umm... why did anyone even bump this...?
looking for people who had 21.co accounts and would like an instant BTC Loan, i can send by way of paid message 5-200$, i will send an amount which you will then cashout a portion of the funds to one of my BTC addresses and the remainder is yours thats it 
The "amount" you are sent is most certainly gained by illegal means. Don't be left holding the bag.

Dont 21.co use credit cards and paypal as well? If so, he could send money, have the user cash out, send money to him and then do a chargeback. Sounds like one of those Indian buyer scams where they send a check over the price, person cash check and send the difference back and then being left with a bad check. Like Vod said, its likely illegal.
