I am interested. I really like Cloudcoin. The interest looks really good. Hopefully my btw will help you guys too.

Since I am the first one I will lend 0.4 BTC for a week.

Name of lender:RaymondKa
Date:09/22/13
Amount:0.4 BTC
Lending Period: 1 week

Done. Sent.

Wanted to bump this post because of something I just noticed.

RaymondKa, supposedly a random unrelated third party, makes this loan offer in September.

Yet Raymond Kanyo shows as the name on the official cloudcoin website, with the first post 2 months earlier: http://cloudcoin.webs.com/apps/blog/

I know the account has already been revealed as a probable self-shill, just wanted to make the case stronger.

Cuddling, censored, unicorn-shaped troll.
He is a troll. He wants you to assume he's an alt.
Some are allowed IP checks.
Some are not.

Even though Kujmandosz is relatively new, he is very trustworthy. I would invest in a heartbeat if I had the money.

Are you an alt of his?  You have a terrible reputation, just like he does.

I was browsing in Alternative Cryptocurrencies - his "coin" is considered a joke and worth less than $1000.  Any coins sent to this guy will not be returned.

This is the most pathetic attempt at a scam that I have seen on this forum in over a year.

Loans are needed asap. We would appreciate two weeks long loans (20% interest).

We really want to start our stores. Everything is on standby, we just need the network and servers.

I can supply up to 50 BTC in loans. See link in sig.

Thank you for contributing to our project, by stating that I am a scammer without any scam. You will see after the first week when everybody will get his money + interest back that you were false.

You had a second account pretend to be an investor to boost confidence.  That is your scam.  It doesn't matter if you pay anyone back.  You are already a fraud.

Can you just hold your horses for a week. You will see that investors will get their moneys with profits back. Kust please wait a week and you will see.

I know they will.  You want even more money next week.

You've already scammed.

Democracy is vulnerable to a 51% attack.
The guaranteed interest rate on loans is 10% per week. For a month long loan we  ensure an overall 42% interest rate.
The higher the return, the higher the risk. Claims of astronomical returns have always been accompanied by astronomical risk in the past. Will this be the first ever exception? Somehow, I doubt it.

No rational person would ever try to raise capital for a business at such an absurdly high cost. If nothing else, it creates every sign of a Ponzi scheme which would drive legitimate investors away.

Ponzi's don't fail immediately.  You will fail when your interest payments exceed your income.  I assume you have some seed money to run for a bit and try and scam as much as possible.

You are free to prove us wrong. However, lending to yourself using multiple accounts is a very very tell tale trait of a scam.

I doubt Vod or myself would be upset it you turned out to be legit, however that is information that needs to be disclosed so people can judge for themselves and evaluate the risks.

I'm pretty sure Kujmandosz and RaymondKa (the person who "gave the first loan") are the same people. I recall getting an IP check a while ago due to curiosity, and suspicion that they were using alts to bump a thread an excessive amount of times, from this thread. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2806245

I'm almost 100% certain, however I just asked Theymos to recheck since I can't find my pm. I would be cautious about this until this is confirmed or proven false, since giving yourself a loan generally isn't a good indication of trustworthiness.

edit*

Response from Theymos was Probable Match, however it can't be 100% confirmed.

I'm almost 100% certain as well, so I call shenanigans here.

Negative rep given.  This is an obvious ponzi.

So let's say you borrow 15btc.

In one week you owe 16.5 btc.  If you don't have cash on hand now, what will you do in 1 week?  You can't build and profit from your online store that quickly.

Think about it - your company could SAVE 1.5 btc by not doing this, since you can't do anything with it in one week.  Why spend 1.5btc if you don't need to?  You're not planning on paying the interest on this week's deposit with next week's deposits, are you?

Not trying to troll - am legitimately confused.   Embarrassed

I know that interest rates are high. They would be unsustainable on a higher scale like 100 BTC loans. We have a certain amount of financial back up, which is enough to meet the standards of the first project. And once our stores will be up, we predict to have more than enough income to pay of 15 BTC + the loans.

For our second project, which will be much bigger and financially expensive. We will set different standards.

Care to explain what you mean by enough financial backup to back up an unsustainable interest rate?

If you have the cash on hand, why are you even asking for a loan and paying such outrageous interest when it is not necessary?

We are accepting loans over 0.3BTC. The guaranteed interest rate on loans is 10% per week. For a month long loan we  ensure an overall 42% interest rate. Please note that these interest are the guaranteed minimum, if we meet our financial requirements and able to start our online stores and sites, revenues can exceed the general ones, but will stays under a monthly 50%.

6721% APR eh?

I'm pretty sure that's unsustainable.   Cheesy
