Always have 2FA on any account you have funds on it. It is really easy just buy cheap phone for this and always leave it at home  or use your main

phone but save the secret phrase incase you lost the phone .

I plan to do that but I don't have a good understanding how the secret fraze restore thing works have you ever tested it?
It is simple when you get the QR code to scan for you get a secret phrase along with it. It always show under it so just copy this phrase and save it in some place safe . And if/when you lose your device just enter this phrase on a new device and to do that when you press + to add new scan on google authenticator just choose (enter provided key ) and there you go you have your 2FA again .

P.S : If the site you are enable 2FA on it not showing secret phrase just right click on the QR and press inspect and you will find it .

P.S 2 : try it on disposal unwanted new account to make sure you got it all right  Wink

Everybody will be getting an email like they are logging into your blockchain, polo, etc. But you need to be very careful because if you click those link then your account will be automatically unlocked into their hands. So don't click the links when you get any email from these exchanges, wallets etc.

Luckily i had no funds but i learned yesterday someone from Korea entered my account. Just a heads up for anyone that might have any currency in this exchange, that someone is currently targeting accounts.

Also secure significant amounts in cold storage. There's no telling when exchanges and even online wallets will be hacked. Keep yourself safe.

same here.
i received an email that my account on localbitcoin, poloniex, and paxful have a log in attempt.
i dont know how they manage to know my password.
luckily, i dont have any funds on that account.

I think this is why we need a good decentralized exchange!
