I think it would be considered grey or black market trading within China. You might easily get away with it, better off searching localbitcoin.com directly to see if they have any. I believe that the Yuan traded internationally is very tightly controlled, but they're more likely after the exchangers themselves.
I need to sent Yuan to an old lady in China - Beijing.
I am looking for a person in China who will buy my Bitcoin for Yuan and sent Yuan to the old ladys bank account in China - as payment for the Bitcoin. I try to look at Localbitcoin.com, but I am not sure. Does anyone know some trusted person in China? Or any other ideas?
