At first conclude transactions with reliable users also you can get help locally and resolve disputes. Big plus is "Login guard" which prevents unauthorized login.

What are you asking us in legal terms? I can understand the case, but if you want to know if they can legally keep your account banned even though you're explaining the situation, the answer is yes.

I think it should be moved to "service discussion" or "exchanges".
so in that case the case always goes to the vendor without a judiciary??

From what I deduce here, you were desperate and you sent too many support ticket which caused confusion. To avoid further confusion, they have to ban you.

If you had allowed them to work at their pace it not had resulted in the ban. Again, that is why you have to secure your password and also check wallet address before sending.

tried to edit best I could the names of those parties not directly involved but pretty much first they say they they don't deal with banks or lawyers (shady as hell), big banks.. ok, THERE are honest credit unions who provide services as well as ethical lawyers that defend the public who make less than 50k with their education.

Also, they told me that they only deal with police. I am giving them blatant proof of said incident in which I was so distraught at the bank and their lack of knowledge or reaction to my predicament that the police were called in. I didn't file a police report on a missing wallet cause wtf is that going to do. Looking back I should have cause it might have protected against ID fraud but i have no experience in this.

Since then I have changed PW on all my accounts btw and it's been a nightmare. This is why normal people are so scared of getting into BTC!

OK

yes sorry i opened up two tickets essentially saying the same things so i'm sorry for that and can you please consolidate the two tickets?

I dont know what "proof"? this require but yes from Wellsfargo that i made the claim fraud on my account due to wallet left in doctor hospital (Dr. x, augusta, ga), my primary care doctor), that I John Smith, that i was at his office around 2pm about a month ago. My employers Dr. Jane Doe, and Dr. John smith can also the almost post ((around $9-1k) because what some ppl can do with just your ID...

Would any physical hard copy signatures from these entities verify my claim? Or a simple reference by calling either ENTITIES. Banks ok. These are working doctors don't want to sign something as trivial as that for this amount of currency in btc and some/most dont know what btc is.

Oh that just reminds me i was so distraught at my bank, which is federally secured, US bank,  one of the tellers called the cops "way overreaction, small town". Although i do have a bit of a temper problem to just come and cool things down. My account is with them for 15, have grandfathered accounts dating 20+ years, high valued bank accounts on them with spending limits of 300k (whatever top is).

All of these entities can write statements.

Hi!

I'm really sorry but as you have no proof of the identity theft and there is proof of the fraud we have no choice but to keep your account banned.

It certainly was, because my identity had been stolen.. like I said i have multiple witnesses as well as a check made out as an advance to me from my employer during this time to cover the lost funds. I never made a police report because what's that going to do??

Hi Michael,
user has boody11096 provided evidence of disputed Paypal payment.

Unless you can prove that the payment was never disputed by you, we will not unblock your account.

Please, DO NOT open multiple tickets regarding same issue, because it will just prolong the resolution of this case.

Also, note that we do not contact bank and attorneys. We deal directly only with users and Police.

Thank you for contacting us!

makes false accounts to boost his rating and then uses them to devalue other users.. I got three negative ratings on another account during this interval after which even though my log clearly shows i only made trades with this one seller, shortly after I call my bank and claim identity fraud. This has affected my life and peace of mind btw so i have multiple witnesses who can scan their ids.
