LocalBitcoins is moving towards having more trust and identification options. When you set up a Bitcoin selling advertisement, you can set options to require a real name and/or Facebook profile. These options lessen the risk of unauthorized transactions. Check also the trusted advertisements option, where advertisements are visible only to people you know.
