- If you have connected with VPN ( Virtual Private Network ) just turn it off and try to access the site again
- simply clean your browser cache to try to again.
-use another browser to reach the website.

You have to clear you catche for if you are still facing that problem. One of my friend a few months ago told me about a site that she is facing that problem with that site and that site was good for me then I told her to clear the catche and after clearing she said that everything is now ok.

did you try with Google free DNS??
try to configure your network connection with primary dns = 8.8.8.8
and secondary DNS like 8.8.4.4
sometime this fix the issue

If you have connected with VPN just unplug in try to access the site again. Or simply just your browser cache to try to again. I guess thiss will resolve the 403 or 404 error, when there is no issues in the site internally. Some location spike may also cause it.

No problems here either. Are you from Russia or China where the government is strict? My biggest worry is if regulations start coming after exchanges making BTC to fiat conversion a pain.
