Correct the time on your phone, Google authenticator needs to be synced with the current time to work correctly, if your time looks right then restart your phone and try again, it will work.

I have just checked my account and it is working very good without any problem , even 2fa is also working fine, I think you have to recheck you settings and password and your 2FA security problem, try to restart you computer and try to login again. even if you are facing problem then contact the support team they will help you.


even my account is working fine without a two facter authorization. I didn't set two factor security for my account. I think it is not that much important to us. and this service for mobile phones.

Yes I'm aware of reset but as I stated above I am trying here for help first so not waiting 2 weeks.

I took your suggestions but no luck. Odd thing is I have 2F set up for other accounts and working fine, just not on Local.

I don't know guess I'll just wait the 2 weeks. Thanks for suggestions.

I think you are entering wrong 2FC code thats why it is causing that .Also reading at message that the site gave you ,I think you can also reset 2FC .Why don't you do that and set 2FC again later? If problem is still there then do this :-

[1]Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app
[2]Click Settings
[3]Click Time correction for codes
[4]Click Sync now

I can't figure this out and CS wasn't really much help so figured I would reach out here for help before resetting and waiting the 2 weeks.

I'm receiving following message when attempting login:


We couldn't verify your Two-Factor authentication code. Please make sure you typed in the right code correctly.

Never had an issue prior to today, any one have any ideas on what problem is?
