I too put a lot of trust in Localbitcoins with sizable amounts of BTC everyday. That trust has been earned, they have a great team and always sort out Server issues/attacks efficiently.
Always leave a % of your holdings assessable, just in-case one day they are down for a significant amount of time.

I transferred a sizable percentage of my coins there last night for trading next week.
Woke up to the site down.
Lesson learned, keep offline and transfer the portion intended to sell that day.
