You can create the thread there like a service thread not like the ICO websites. We are really e happy to see localethereum team on the Bitcoin talk and we have seen great features like localbitcoins even on your website.
there we exchange the Bitcoin here the same procedure to extend the ethereum coin to make the exchange possible.
