Hello everyone,

I want to warn the whole Monero community that Localmonero.co is a really dangerous place to trade.
I was a trader exchanging Crypto for XMR on Localmonero and i got banned for asking a question to Edward the co-admin of Localmonero.
Once i asked Alex the admin if i could appeal he threaten me that if i create a new account my balance will be forfeit and there is no appeal for my account.
So be really careful with this exchange they threaten my funds if i create a new account and Edward(co-admin) banned me for asking a simple question in Telegram about if i can advertise my trades as accepting Mixed coins for trade.
If i had never spoke to them on Telegram i would not get banned, it is just sickening.

What's that?

You can now write a formula using different variables and functions to craft a price that will suit your needs much better than a simple margin below/above market price. The variables are representative of market data. To access this function, simply select the third price input mode called "price formula" during the ad creation or edit process.

We pull data from the following sources:

* CoinGecko
* Bitfinex
* Bittrex
* EXMO
* HitBTC
* Huobi
* Kraken
* Livecoin
* Poloniex
* UPBit

All these sources will have all the XMR-related tickers available, in as many quotes (ask, bid, low, high, open, last) as is provided by the source. CoinGecko will also have tickers available for all the other cryptocurrencies that are traded on the site. There are also variables to convert between USD and all other fiat currencies.

Examples
* 5% over the average XMR/EUR market price: coingeckoxmrusd*usdeur*1.05

* 5% below the highest among the XMR/USD Bitfinex low price and the XMR/USD Kraken last price: max(bitfinexxmrusdlow,krakenxmrusdlast)*0.95

In your ticket you said that you didn't get the verification email, not that you weren't able to log in, so our support told you that you don't need to verify your email to log in. Hello, I had a problem registering.
I entered a username and password.  Got the verification email and clicked on the link in it.
But no joy.  I can't log in to localmonero.co.  It tells me I have the wrong username or password.
I opened a ticket.  Someone answered the ticket and told me to log in and resend the verification email.
But I can't log in, so I'm mystified by that advice.

Hi everyone. The platform is great, congrats!
The thing that I don`t like is that people last seen months ago online stay on top with their outdated fixed prices. There is no chance to receive a reply from them.
You should penalise this kind of offers sending them to the bottom of the list and keep the ones with good feedback, replying fast etc on top. This will deliver the service expected and please everyone.

Thank you for this, I'm testing it today. As a seller receiving SEPA it is a bit scary that there is not "real name" as localbitcoins. Probably scammers will use sellers on localmonero for the third party scam. But good that it is possible to ask for ID in the chat.

Exactly the same as on LocalBitcoins. You deposit Monero into the wallet, post an advertisement, and when someone opens a trade, the requested amount is taken to escrow. After the buying party has marked the payment complete and the selling party has verified the payment, the seller can release the escrow. Seller cannot cancel the trade after the buyer has completed the payment, and should a dispute arise, LocalMonero staff will resolve it after considering evidence provided by trading parties.
