that request should reach binance from the official government channels.
OP gave up counting them so it is not possible for binance to provide information. Firstly OP have to convince legal authority then the legal authority will contact with binance to help OP. But I think OP couldn't convince the legal authority.

It was 3,8 BTC so Few hundred yes- but few hundred thousand dollars.....
As it is 3.8 btc, it is not a small amount. You should convince legal authority and then take support from binance by the legal authority.

Binance told me to reach law enforcement agencies to solve my case but after few attempts I gave up counting on their help.

Your case needs to be strong and if the scammer scammed many people then binance may help you but that request should reach binance from the official government channels. We recently had some crypto currencies fraud and binance nominates investigation team to liaise with FIA in crypto scam probe.
However, it was a multi million dollar scam and binance agreed to help in investigations as they had the KYC data of the persons whose crypto addresses were used in the scam. If you are scammed for a few hundred dollars, binance wouldn't give you any details.

This is why I am reaching to you guys.

Do you have contact information to hacker who would be willing to take this kind of job ?

Please contact me if you do have.

So you think that any hacker can hack the binance KYC data and then you can find out the personal details? Do you think it is that simple for the hacker to bypass all the securities and get this data for you? Do you know how critical is that KYC data. I mean, seriously, if the hacker is so capable to getting the KYC data, why not ask the hacker to hack all the bitcoins from the binance exchange and hand it over to you.  Cool

Also, you did not mention how much money is being scammed here by someone and how all this happened. You can share your story so others can learn the lesson but bitcoins/crypto is hard to recover, if scammed.

Binance will never share it without legal authority. And the attempt isn't reasonable looking information of others users. If you have some issue with the p2p deal then report to Binance they will take action. On the other hand, it's an illegal activity that you are looking for even a hacker to retrieve a user's information. It should consider a crime IMO. Don't do anything that’s against privacy. I don't think you can succeed without the help of Binance support. So don’t be fooled by scammers.

In any case, I doubt you will have much luck trying to get an Binance's customers' names or contact information on your own.

I don't think there is any chance that Op will get the information of that user and you are right in this point. Binance will not tell the details of a customer to a civil person and I don't think any civil person will able to find out that data.

I am willing to pay for valuable informations.

If you are a victim of a scam involving cryptocurrencies, or hacking, the proper course of action would be to gather all relevant information available to you and then contact professional investigators, as already suggested in this thread. Many of these services can help with every aspect of recovery. These include investigating, assisting law enforcement with subpoenas, and even testifying in court on your behalf. Each country has its own reporting mechanism for cyber-crimes such as crypto fraud. In the United States, for instance, you can report the crime to the Internet Crime and Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov) or file a complaint at your local police station. EC3 is Europol's division to fight Internet crime in Europe, and you can use their website to find the right reporting mechanism for your country, https://www.europol.europa.eu/report-a-crime/report-cybercrime-online.

In any case, I doubt you will have much luck trying to get an Binance's customers' names or contact information on your own. You are just asking for trouble if you think you can use hackers to circumvent these legal processes, and you may end up getting scammed again.

Binance will want to protect their customers' rights and data by not giving someone or any unauthorized body their customer's details. There would be a good reason a governmental body in your country will demand for Binance user's details. Likely this will be about scam I think. For the legitimacy of your report, you will have to reach Binance through law enforcement as said. If hard for you to do, you can seek help from your Lawyer to give you the right direction.

Binance told me to reach law enforcement agencies to solve my case but after few attempts I gave up counting on their help.

So now I really need your help. If you are or  know someone who is able to locate user based on wallet id that is assigned to KYC verified account (100%) then please reach to me.

Hope to hear from someone- I am willing to pay for valuable informations.

If you cant prof it to law enforcement and you cant take help from the law enforcement then you should give up. You are trying to get contact information but it is almost impossible without law enforcement. And what will happen if you can locate that person. Personally you cant get anything hence you will loss more fund. You have to take action by law enforcement even if you can locate that.

Have you ever tried contacting the services that @dkbit98 mentioned on the other thread [e.g. CipherTrace and Elliptic]?
- I do know they're not the type of people that would be able to easily provide you with the information that you want, but I think they're the best route!

You have better chances of finding someone who works inside Binance exchange to sell you this information, than to find random hacker on forum who can find this guy for you.
I wouldn't suggest doing any of this options, because you can get scammed easy and safest way is to force police and law enforcement to work on your case.
Binance officially will never reveal this information to you personally.

So you can't prove your case to law enforcement agencies.?  so you decided to break into Binance's database to get users' info and for that, you created a thread on this forum?

1. It's not good ethically.
2. You should hire a private hacker if your decision is absolute.
