Thanks I have looked into this program And installed python But This is way over my head. I have found this

https://wallet***reco****.com/

Do you think this is legitimate
It's hard to say if anything is legit, but I don't know this one. Which means I would for sure not trust it.

If you're looking for a trusted site, see https://walletrecoveryservices.com/ , but they're also overwhelmed with work at the moment.

My wallet is locked and i can not remember the password Oh well

If you can remember some characters of your password (or exclude some chars for sure) and its not too long, you can try to bruteforce with btcrecover (https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover).
You'll find more information about the token file, which is used to generate possible passwords, here: https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover/blob/master/TUTORIAL.md#quick-start.
To run this script you will need to install python (https://www.python.org/downloads/).

But my wallet shows two transactions that seem to have been sent from my own wallet address I dont understand why i would have done this?
could someone explain

Unfortunately no one knows why you sent coins to yourself.
This might be a child-pays-for-parent. But since you didn't touch your wallet for quite a long time i don't think thats the case because there weren't any fee problems in the early stage of BTC.
