No, I think we can safely exclude that possibility, though the second half is more plausible than the first.
I think it's sad that no one considers the little people. There could have been several midgets in the bag with Mr Williams, only exiting when Mr. Williams died of sexual exhaustion. If they're invisible midgets, they might still be there.
