This is literally a scam... unethical exchange that apparently can't be trusted.
On the other hand you too are at fault for not trading on coss.io directly.

For such a big exchange thats a shame 
I have a withdraw on HITBTC pending for COSS token since last night, over 12 hours and waiting, sent support ticket and issue has still to be resolved. Some are saying this happened last weekend as well and that HITBTC might be holding our tokens to ransom because they want to earn the weekly snapshot revenues from COSS EXCHANGE FEES..Anyone else here with same issue?
If this issue is not resolved within next 12 hours I think I cannot trade there with confidence anymore and at least an apology from HITBTC themselves.
