They only get the fees so that would be 16-20 BTC a day.

The voting system also account for a nice pocket change

(A LOT ALSO)
Actually 16701.814*0.015 equals about 250 BTC plus LTC surplass and voting. Not bad at all.

These days Mintpal is making more than Bitstamp in a day. Just a thought. And I thought this is crazy. In a good way.
Perhaps all those script-kiddies should take a look at exchange numbers rather populating all those Litecoin/Darkcoin copycats.

Today I'm watching this:
Quote
24 HR BTC Volume 16701.814 BTC
24 HR LTC Volume 2168.715 LTC
Number of Trades 44847

So far I've met Mintpal creators numerous times via their IRC channel and they have been very supportive every single time.
If BTC-e bans you for a half-year when you talk about non-exchange operated coins, Mintpal admins encourage your ideas into their system.

Back in December-January Cryptsy had a blast. Everyone was using it due numerous pumps and everyone had numerous problems by doing so.
But their support team, as well as administrators, did not give a donkey's dick about fixing hiccups, freezes and 12h+ deposits.
And look where their I-don't-give-a-fuck-ness brought them. Pretty much the story of Google and Yahoo; or Apple and Nokia.

Other than that, I love how Mintpal looks, works, and ajaxes everything I do in trading. Finally we said goodbye to constant whole-page refreshes.
And I'm very glad that we have a new leader in alt-exchange industry who cares so much about his customers.

Thank you Jay & Jason, and all the guys who are behind this wonderful exchange.
