Tier 2 and 3 takes time to get verified and they are overwhelming with delete account request due to change in their ToS for lot of countries made the verification process more worse.

May I ask you from which country?

Because temporarily people from these countries were restricted from using localbitcoin.

I think it is possible to withdraw money if you are from a country that is not supported by the platform? You can delete your account and withdraw the money.
What do you mean by PDF file? Bring your documents and then take a picture of them "if it was clear." The confirmation will take a short time.

Generally, we can do nothing, only the Support Team can restore your account.

It'll take little time, but for sure if things were right surely funds will reach you. As the user mentioned have patience and create the support ticket and brief what has happened. Quite often localbitcoins used to update the terms and conditions. It is our responsibility to read and agree it than just agreeing to it.

I'm afraid there's nothing you can do but wait. Calm down though, if you comply with their requirements, chances are, they will give you back access to your funds. Just be patient.
