I'm also from South Africa and contrary to what people believe - our exchange controls are far from "archaic" - trust me to know..I live here. Sure there is tight regulation comparatively speaking but there are loopholes that can be exploited. The only truly restrictive condition is that of the taxes paid on incoming and outgoing payments which is slightly more exorbitant than is the norm internationally - that is if using SWIFT. Of course we have our "ways" to get around this  Wink

One the positive side - people are starting to get into crypto and I see trade volumes increasing on ICE3x and Luno (both local exchanges). The biggest potential though exists on LBC - there are people who have thousands of completed trades just by selling BTC in cash at between +10 to +30% !!! That is an insane profit margin !!!

If anyone is interested in bulk arbitrage hit me up - but please be serious and legit, escrow is a must.

One last thing: Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa have formed the BRICS agreement/treaty/?. Learn about it - and what it means to do bilateral trade/business under this sphere  Wink

That's cool that you are creating a trust fund for people to arbitrage. I'm keeping my eyes on this upcoming ICO they are releasing the first arbitrage exchange focused on bringing in the masses with their easy to use UI and by leveling trading volatility through their machine learning arbitrage bot. Arbitrage is a great way to make a profit especially once you're able to trade across the world price differences with major exchanges by utilizing this platform. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.31823480

do u known about any good results from same cyrcle ? i known that ppl tried many times with korea and without results

frankly say, sell bitcoins to korea is not a good idea.

I tried EUR->China, or China->Korea, or China->South Africa.
Korea and South Africa are diffcult to get money out.

I had buy bitcoins from Bitstamp and sell in China.
But wire transfer to Bitstamp would take long time. (over 2 weeks).

So, to balance profits and circle.
An Eur seller + China buyer are the best partners.

----------
Of cause, there are will be some scamer , eg: a chinese seller to bitcoins to an korea buyer, was lose 200K$.
link:https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--2646457

so partners need to meet , face to face talk. and inform their ID/passport to each other.
Don't lie I am from South African and I know that it is very easy to get money out of SA, either by withdrawing or sending it outside to US/Europe or anywhere in the world. and the price difference is SA is around 17% and not 30%, where do you people get these stats your lying about?

price is reference from https://ice3x.com/(South Afraic) and https://bitstamp.net(EUR)
and I had take a trade with SA people once , time is 16/Dec

please look the tradeview , at the moment, bitcoins is  286000 Zar, = 22880$.
at the same time, bitstamp.net bitcoin price is 18000$,  27 % gap.
so, I say 30%, have problem?

Bitcoin market is change every day day hour, it does't had so much price gap today, this is normal.
----
about transfer, A SA guys origin talk below
Quote
there will be Tax if the money comes to my bank account
but that can be overcome with invoices
Quote
People in SA are not used to sending money outside the country
the government does not make it easy
----

I hope you don't judge other arbitrary.

Hello,

I am a P2P trader and only few weeks back I started to arbit Smiley

I have created some tools and already have my own channels.

I am an EU registered sole trader and I have a banking capacity of 40Keuro/Day and 325Keuro/month for electronic transfers without any audits.

Most of my margin comes from Forex so I know what you are talking about.

Let me know what you are thinking. I am in the process of opening a financial service company in Europe and I already have one at the USA, I didn't have the money or the time to get the US business operational though.

At the moment my capacity as a sole trader dealing with the institute is solid, and I already have a bank agreement.

How can we connect, I am interested to know about your financial services.

Arbitrage analysis:
The current Bitcoins prices has gap in different country/region.

Europe -> China (+10%) -> South Korea (+20%) -> South Africa (+30%)
There is a huge space for arbitrage.

Arbitrage key points:
1. Price gap
2. Transaction cycle

And the second point is more important than the first one, the second point depends on the speed of money out.
For South Korea / South Africa, there is a strict foreign exchange management system.

China also has a foreign exchange management system, but Hong Kong China is a well-known financial free port.
Therefore, Europe and the United States -> China, is a good way to arbitrage.

About me:
Chinese, Hope to find the cooperation between Europe/U.S.

If you are interested, we can video chat, or meet.

My Email: [email protected]
My Skype: yanshiba (China Timezone: UTC+8)

I think you are getting it all wrong. It is very easy and quick to get cashed out at Sth Korean market.
It only takes about 5mins, sorry you must have meant to cash out with USD.
Yes in Sth Korea there are no ways to cash out large amount in USD

As I have mentioned I am a registered trader in the financial sector business, and soon will be a business.

I get great forex rates and I have sent HKD before (for test purposes only).

In Europe currency price have small fluctuations and my bank gives me +/- 0.25% of the rate you see on google based on the central bank price that day.

In addition I have an HKD account, proof for all claims will be furnished on request.

What is it exactly you need ?
When can we have a test run ?

The reason why you should avoid the USA for a while is the money transmitter license, not all people can get that and at any given day they may put you in jail if you don't have it. Europe is more crypto-friendly. I am no crypto-rebel. I work with the institute

could you please give me your contact? skype/email/telegram etc...
or you add me as contact:

Yes, you may be cost much time to research arbit. me too.
Essentially say, guys or team, who can  wire transfer eaily , and who can received forex easily, who will get the profits.

Some country/region which bitcoins price is high, primary cause is it a closed environment.
Bitcoin in is easy, but diffcult go get forex out.

So, HongKong China is key point of this issue.
HongKong China is a finance free port.

CNY->HongKong->---$-->U.S/EUR.

another point, as receiver,  could you sent big amount fund to local exchange, and is there tax  after you received dollars frequenlty from other country.

Guys who want arbit must deal these two problem, transfer huge forex ,and received huge forex.

I hve HongKong bank account, deal the first point, and who can received forex unlimited or less limited?

Well said Smiley
Normal escrow services along with deposit and withdrawal fees makes it a lot less profitable then it may seem.
What kind of escrow services would be most suitable?

Trusted and reputable escrow providers listed here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcointalks-escrow-providers-ranking-blacklist-avoid-scam-276897

Always independently confirm escrow terms with the escrow provider and never rely on copy/paste messages (especially payment instructions with bitcoin addresses) the transacting party claims the escrow sent him. Confirm terms and coin addresses with the escrow by directly establishing contact on the escrow’s profile page. Beware of fake or cloned links to an escrow’s profile page.

Be careful of the risks and complications involved in this arbitrage projects. Profitable arbitrage in certain countries exist because of local regulations making it extremely difficult for local residents to move money out of the country. Yes, South Africa and their archaic exchange control laws is one such example. The government imposes limits on what residents can send or wire overseas. It’s basically a situation where you have your own money and you need to explain why or how you want to spend it, then wait for approval. Horrible.

India, Russia, Thailand, Argentina, China are just some of the countries with similar rules. Rules which make bitcoin arbitraging a potentially profitable activity.

Like any other transaction, one has to be cautious when doing these deals. The best way to safe if geographical distance is a barrier is to nominate a trusted escrow and then request the arbitrageur to escrow a certain amount of money or even altcoins (worth the required bitcoins) for the protection of anyone fronting bitcoins for arbitraging purposes. Never send bitcoins upfront without valid collateral. Arbitraging comes with risks and there is no guarantee of the abovementioned key points contributing towards solid yields or profits.
