in some way ? not if you load this paysafe pin into your account, and then transfert the amount to your paysafecard ( physical debit card). if the pin work as well, once transfered , it will not be reversible .. as i know about it..

Sorry, i cannot help you. Pin code couls be used in same coutry (so you need a french user). I suggest you to deposit it on neteller (7% fee) and then cahout with BTC.
