Freebitco.in Support https://bit.ly/2I9BVS2
Looks like he withdrew his money from freebitco.in to the btc address freebitco.in generated so it's lost.

They wouldn't have lost it because the default address is is their deposit address. It would have just gone back to their account minus the transaction fee. When that happened they probably worked it out and locked the thread.

For those who don't know, freebitco.in makes a bitcoin address that you use as a username, which is weird because normally usernames are supposed to to be user-generated. They at least used bitcoin addresses the last time I played at the site.

When the site first started you needed a Bitcoin address to register an account. As so many people who come to the site are new to Bitcoin they didn't have a wallet so we changed it to email address registration. The database still needs a Bitcoin address to index the account so we set it their deposit address until they change it.

OP apparently withdrew his balance to this address, instead of using one from his wallet or exchange account, and so his money is lost since he has no access to that address.

At any rate, that question does not belong in Technical support board, probably fits better in Beginners and Help or one of the Gambling or Service Discussion boards.

In Search of Incredible
Might be OP is new to crypto world and trying to earn bitcoin from faucet. As you described we can see 0.00031365 btc in his wallet address while he is talking about 31,500 bitcoins. If this is the case, he got confused between bitcoin and satoshi unit and locked the thread when he realised about it. Can you imagine to earn that (31,500 bitcoins) amount from a btc faucet!!

OP found an answer and locked it, maybe?

[Did you know?] Bitcoin Table of Units. Or maybe OP searched and found that thread.

The op a newbie did something new to me

by asking a question and locking thread it seems to be wrong in some way.

I reported to the mod.  And his address had 0.00031365 coins in it.

not almost 31,500 coins.  Grin

I've seen a lot of "newbies" confuse satoshi with bitcoin.
Isn't that just it?
