I Bought BASIC BUSINESS WEB HOSTING On Hostwinds for 12 Months .. U Can check their prices..
12 months of hosting on hostwinds does not cost 0.25 BTC. A collateral must be higher or equal to the loan amount.
I am not sure if hosting can be transferred on Hostwinds. If your giving your account you can take it back by resetting the password via email.
