Imo, even if you lower your loan amount to 1$ you will not geat a loan.
You provide nothing as collateral and your trust rating is bloody red...

Yeah I dont know what people want as colletoral I just need money for my books so thought this was a easy option

Not happening since the accounts can be regained by resetting the passwords.Moreover,it's easy to purchase verified accounts here so never know if that is your original account.Please read the stickies to see what is termed as a 'valid collateral'.If it is original account also what is the use for lenders because they can't liquidate so easily to recover their loaned amount in case loan is not paid back in time.

What is the guaranty that you will pay back? Your account rating is not good, and you're not giving any collateral. By now you should be already knowing that in this forum you will not get any loans without collateral for newbies and red trusted members.
