I'm on my 5th loan with OMGBobMarley and he has always paid as agreed.

Sorry it took me so long to get around to clearing this up.

I invited OMGBobMarley to this site to help document our loans and build him some street credit, not to degrade it.

However, I was busy with work the past couple weeks after getting back from vacation and was unable to defend him when he needed it.

I hope people give him a second chance.  You don't have to trust him with a loan, but no need to hail him as a scammer.  He's another great asset to the bitcoin community.

And don't worry, I'll be the first to blow the whistle if he doesn't pay me back, haha.  I'll keep you posted!

He may have paid back the loans you gave him, but he certainly didn't pay for the 2.14 BTC that I agreed to sell to him and that makes him a scammer.  He just used you to establish some credibility in order to take advantage of someone else.  Everyone can decide for themselves how, or if, they want to deal with him, but in my opinion he doesn't deserve a second chance until those bitcoins have been paid for in accordance with our agreement.

I'll update the SCAMMER list when I get home. His account will be abandoned.

Would you like an automated system for that?

Details?

If the system was fair and took input from a few members of the community I think its a good idea.

Yes I believe you should give anyone outside of a handfull of people who asks for a loan a scammer tag upon the loan being requested and only remove it once they have been here for 5 years and paid back 10 loans and have 1k posts.

He's went offline, imagine that.  Probably logged in under a different name now.

You got that part correct.

OP is a piece of shit.  Scammed me out of 2.14 BTC!  Caveat Emptor!

See ?

If anyone is afraid of giving a collateral or scared to submit docs to TradeFortress' site, bingo!

Oh My God! Bob Marley, do you have anything to say ?

Irregardless if you tried to scam in the past or not,

You are asking for 2btc.  Do you have any collateral?

As in physical item?

Yes but a digital item like domain name also works.

No I don't own domains or shares in anything, not much internet collateral. Have several physical items but none that is worth shipping for you to hold on to and send back. I just get paid on the 12th and can payback.

If you have no collateral, then I am afraid no will lend you 2btc.  Sad

Let us know if the situation changes.

Shares trading in BTC-TC or BitFunder for example. Also have you tried TradeFortress' loan scheme ?

As far as I can see, it is still there, and I have directly copy-pasted this. Talk to tomatocage to get it removed, and then I will delete my post as well.

I am certainly looking out proactively, and I have my reasons.

My name was removed from the potential scammer list if you would like to go check. I appreciate you looking out for the community but please make sure your information is correct and up to date.

Also the only reason why it was there is I was referred to this site to accept a loan, naturally everyone though I was scaming with an account asking for a loan.
