Your collateral seems something which might not be considered as valid collateral and for ebay it is obviously not valid collateral. Even if your property could be a valid collateral still you would not get the loan which you asked for even if you try to take 33% of you loan amount still you will fail. First of all you should know what is a collateral and how it works!! Collateral:
