Sounds likke you need to work some things out before you ask to borrow money from people.  No one likes when some trys to scam you for only pennies or just a few dollars.  It is a shame.  Good luck with all of this.

OP is a scammer.

He sold me a $5 Amazon giftcard for .005BTC but it was already sold to another member (who confirmed it). Now he does not respond to any PMes. Stay away from him.

Pretty sure they can be easily recovered by contacting support. Also, if you can afford one of those accounts, than you can afford 7.5$ of bitcoin. Don't bother trying to get a loan, as no one will fund this for you. Yes, the password and email is changeable, but it isn't hard for it to be lost. Using an escrow is pointless as well. Try coinbase for buying btc, or some other service like localbitcoins if you want to pay in cash.

You can also buy these accounts at places like hackforums for cheap.

Title. These accounts are 30 bucks on eBay right now and the password and email are changeable within the account without outside help.. A trusted escrower could change password and hold it while on collateral, gonna use the bitcoin to buy a potential full member, can repay .015 in 2 weeks
