Do you know where I can buy such an amount with a card or paypal? And can you tell me acceptable collateral therefore I can purchase it to do so.?

Regarding the criteria and examples of acceptable collateral, you can find it in details in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6311902

Price dropped. The worth of my coin is not as much.. And I really hope you aren't being serious about scamming....
Then go back to your seller and ask if you can buy another $5 of BTC because you now don't have enough. If he has good customer service and it was a nice sized transaction, he may even just give the $5 to you for free.

well, i cant ASK for $5  worth of bitcoin. the reason being is i spent all of my allowed on bitcoin already yet, lbc took 8 hours to deposit my coins. therefore im short $5.

This smells scammy. How would a delivery wait of 8 hours affect the amount of coins you received?

appreciate the offer.. but dont have much digital collateral, and shipping something of $5 or $10 value isnt really logical.

No one is going to loan you.

or whatever else is possible.
Just provide a valid collateral, then I can loan you at 1% interest daily.  Must be digital goods (some exceptions) and/or stable altcoins.
