How lender will be able to liquidate collateral in case of default when you won't able to sell them online?
Collateral must be something that can be easily sold(liquidate) in case of default.

We are in the process of selling a house with a worth of over $4 million USD.
If you would be interested in investing and taking a percentage position there is room for investors.
