I will suggest the OP to go to the past experiences of each of the suggested manager and look at their work and if you like the work of any of them and you think that they are doing what you want then select that person for your bounty campaign. But there are some managers who do not like to work for only bounty campaigns in altcoins and in that campaigns not much people participate and the managers only waste their time.
Pretty much all the trusted ones have been said out there but I'll like to give some advice about this.
Don't always go with the big bounty manager out there, you should always be looking for other people who may be just as good or even better than the big managers out there. All the bit managers charge heaps, and it you went with someone newer, it would be cheaper.

Yes, and then in the end you might end up with another person like Windpower. I guess it is up to the OP to decide what is best for him / herself. Some things are not worth the risk.
That's not really fair for you to say. Windpower was a dick, but the devs or CEO of solar daq are a bit at fault there. They never should have trusted 5k of funds to someone who had no trust, they should have much other just sent out payment themselves.

You have left Lutpin name who is a also a good campaign manager as well as he designs also so all in all he can arrange and maintain your campaign.
I would put Lutpin and Edwardard higher up because they are both trusted and they have also both managed numerous signature campaigns. I think there is a thread either somewhere in the services section or somewhere else like service announcements or discussion that has a thread with all trusted escrows. You can take a look at that too.
