I would believe that you bought it with 3.5 BTC 7+ years ago. That is the only way this was a "$70K" domain.

Not that it makes it worth $70,000 to another buyer, but if you are going to make the claim that you paid $70,000 for this domain you should back that up with proof.

I never said I was selling it for the traffic. You can buy a lot of websites for the traffic. This is a domain sale.

This was actually to point out that you paid $70k for a domain, had it for 7 years, build an affiliate website, and just left it there with no SEO etc.?
Kind of strange and waste of time in my opinion.

A bit of a back story. I have owned this domain for a bit over 7 years. I am not a developer and bought it for around $70,000 as a project domain from Marchex.

I paid a developer a lot more money to work on a full system to run the site.  It was always self funded and the amount it was costing me far exceeded what I was able to continue to sink into it. So I decided to let it sit until I could do something with it. Currently with WordPress and booking affiliate box.

Well my life has taken a completely different direction and I don't have the time or money to ponder this project anymore. Therefore I am looking to recover what I can and let a new owner, who could make a multi-million dollar project take it on.

I'd prefer a crypto transaction but really open to anything. In the past when I traded high end domains I used escrow.com that will work as well.
