Not quite sure how you came to those numbers lol, it certainly doesn't take 10 hours to write a 500 word article.
Still $10 per 500 words isn't a great price, so OP shouldn't expect the best quality or expect to get a native writer.
Expert writing costs more like $100 per 500 words.
And yeah, I was saying that with $10, OP is going to have a trashcan.
