I will share my idea
we lost advertising cost on facebook, google,yahoo,...
Producer->Paid money advertising-> facebook->advertising->user->buy product-> Money->Producer.
Idea make a social network (IDEA 2016)
Technology: Facebook+Paypal+bitcoin blockchain
Money will be add to user wallet by blockchain +social network+User Infor veri like paypal
Total Token = Token of user (block chain)
Ex: Social net work has 1 bil user x10 Token/user=10 bil Token
Producer buy Token use Token to advertising -> User click ads get Token-> Buy product use Token
Producer -> user (Token)
Cost activities (IDEA 2016) = Fee buy and sell ads and product.
User can use token to bonus together

What X7 ment was that many people have a great idea for a project.
But mostly that is it. So they just need someone to program it for them.
And of course they don't have the money to pay you. Most of the time they don't even have an idea what this would cost.
But the idea is so great, that it will make you and the developer rich.
But i can not give you any details since someone could steal the idea.
