I can hook into exchange easy. I can just do this hooking, or also join your project if there is incentive for me too.
Let me know if you want me to do it for you! I have stupid post limit of 360 seconds, so I can't PM you right now. I hope you can see this.

What language are you looking to implement this in? I don't have a portfolio, but I do have a few trusted members on the forum that can act as references (I'd need to double check that they are ok with being listed as references first)

One of my previous jobs was API integration for a few altcoin exchanges in Java; I can reuse that framework if it is appropriate for your project.
